Join me for a 55-minute Sculpt class online via Microsoft Teams.
A full-body session combining Pilates-based movement with light weights to build strength, improve control and leave you feeling energised.
You’ll need:
Pilates mat
Small weights, up to 2 kg
Resistance band — optional
A playlist will be shared for the class, so all you need to do is prepare your space and join me online.
Joining the class
The Microsoft Teams link will be sent to you 2 hours before the class on 27 August via the email that you booked for the class.
If you haven’t received the link 30 minutes before the class, please contact us at shape.spilates@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive it.
