Refund/Cancellation Policy

All booked sessions must be cancelled within 12 hours of the class commencing by email.  Cancellations made outside of this time frame will be charged as a late Cancellation. 

  • Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Blocks of classes and Private classes will be charged the full session fee. 

  • Clients may not attend a Class or Private session unless paid in full before the class. 

  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable. 

  • Public classes are non-refundable however please still notify if you are unable to attend as we have a waitlist for our most popular classes.

  • We accept credit or debit card payments.  However American Express and Diners Club cards are unable to be accepted at this time.

  • All prices include VAT.  

  • Last bookings are within 2 hours of the start of the class. 

    Zoom Membership Terms & Conditions (2025)

    1. Membership Types & Extra Credits

    We offer the following online Zoom memberships:

    • Founder Membership (limited-time discounted offer)

    • Full Membership (Wednesdays & Saturdays)

    • Founder Membership 4-Class (Wednesdays)

    • Founder Membership 4-Class (Saturdays)

    Extra Credits for Founder Members :

    • Some months include extra classes (e.g., 5 Wednesdays or 5 Saturdays).

    • Founder Members on 4-class packages will automatically receive 1 extra credit for free during months with additional classes.

    • Founder Wednesdays, Saturdays and Full Memberships include all available classes, so you can attend every session scheduled for that month.

    2. Founder Membership – Special Terms

    Discounted Price (2025 Offer)

    The Founder Membership is currently offered at a special discounted price for 2025. Once removed from the website, the price may increase for new members.

    Price Protection for Existing Members

    Members who purchase the Founder Membership in 2025 will retain the discounted price throughout 2026, even if prices increase for new customers.

    Rolling Contract & Renewal

    The Founder Membership operates on a rolling monthly contract commencing on the date of purchase. The contract automatically renews each month until cancelled.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Members may cancel at any time.

    • Upon cancellation, all remaining classes are forfeited immediately email us if you like to book for a paid month.

    • The Founder Membership is a one-time offer; cancelled memberships cannot be reinstated at the same rate.

    6. Instructor Absence, Holidays & Emergencies

    • Occasionally, the instructor may be unavailable for a scheduled class due to holidays, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • We will always aim to avoid cancellations, but in such cases:

      • A recorded session will be provided for that day, which counts as the class for membership credit, or

      • A qualified cover instructor may take the class where possible.

    • Recordings will be available until the next scheduled class.

    • This may occur a few times per year. We will make every effort to minimise disruption and communicate any changes in advance.

    Membership Terms:

    • Rolling Contract: The Founders Membership is based on a rolling monthly contract. If the classes are not used within the month, they will expire and cannot be carried over to the next month.

    • Contract term: The contract starts from the date of purchase and will automatically renew monthly until canceled.

    • Cancellation Policy: If a member cancels their Founders Membership, they will lose all remaining classes, and they will not be able to rejoin the Founders Membership in the future.
