Refund/Cancellation Policy

All booked sessions must be cancelled within 12 hours of the class commencing by email.  Cancellations made outside of this time frame will be charged as a late Cancellation. 

  • Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Blocks of classes and Private classes will be charged the full session fee. 

  • Clients may not attend a Class or Private session unless paid in full before the class. 

  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable. 

  • Public classes are non-refundable however please still notify if you are unable to attend as we have a waitlist for our most popular classes.

  • We accept credit or debit card payments.  However American Express and Diners Club cards are unable to be accepted at this time.

  • All prices include VAT.  

  • Last bookings are within 2 hours of the start of the class. 

Membership Terms:

  • Rolling Contract: The Founders Membership is based on a rolling monthly contract. If the classes are not used within the month, they will expire and cannot be carried over to the next month.

  • Contract term: The contract starts from the date of purchase and will automatically renew monthly until canceled.

  • Cancellation Policy: If a member cancels their Founders Membership, they will lose all remaining classes, and they will not be able to rejoin the Founders Membership in the future.

    • To cancel: login to your Mindbody account, select Passes & Memberships from the dropdown menu under your name, click manage or cancel contracts on the upper right hand corner of the page.
