Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All booked sessions must be cancelled by email no later than 12 hours before the class begins.

  • Cancellations made after this time are charged as a Late Cancellation.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full class fee for class packs, single class, blocks and private sessions.

  • Clients may not attend any class or private session unless paid in full in advance.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Public classes are non-refundable; however, please notify us if you cannot attend, as places may be offered to those on a waitlist.

  • Klarna (Pay Later) — available for in-person classes, workshops and special events

Please note:

  • American Express and Diners Club are not accepted

  • All prices include VAT

Zoom Membership Terms & Conditions

Available Memberships (from 1 February 2026)

  • Wednesday Membership – £50/month
    Includes all Wednesday Zoom classes
    (Typically 4 classes per month, sometimes 5)

  • Full Membership – £65/month
    Includes all Wednesday and Saturday Zoom classes
    (Wednesdays: 4–5/month
    Saturdays: 3–4/month
    Occasionally reduced due to in-person Saturday events)

⚠️ Saturday-only membership will no longer be available.

Founder Membership Price Protection

  • Founder Members who joined before 1 Feb 2026 retain their original rate
    (Wednesday £40 / Full £50) for the whole of 2026, provided the membership remains active.

  • If a Founder Member cancels, the discounted rate is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

  • Priority booking notifications for workshops and events

Full Membership

  • Access to all Wednesday + Saturday live classes

  • Minimum of 7/8 sessions per month

  • Priority access to events

  • Discounted rates for in-person workshops and training

Rolling Contract & Expiry

  • Memberships start from the date of purchase.

  • All memberships operate as rolling monthly contracts.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

  • Unused classes expire at the end of the membership month and do not roll over.

Cancellation of Membership

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Upon cancellation:

    • All remaining classes are forfeited immediately

    • Founder Members lose protected pricing and cannot rejoin at the same rate

Instructor Absence, Holidays & Emergencies

We aim to run every scheduled class. When unavoidable changes occur:

  • A recorded class will be provided and counts as the scheduled session, or

  • A qualified cover instructor will teach

  • Recordings remain available until the next live class
    These occurrences may happen a few times per year, and we will always communicate changes where possible.
