Day 1 / 30 min - Glutes focused, Pilates ball, yoga blocks and ankle weights optional (Instructor Sandra)

Day 4 / 30min- Lower Body focused, no equipment (Instructor Ellie)

Day 7 / 30 min - Glutes focused, Pilates ball, and ankle weights optional (Instructor Sandra)

Day 2 / 30 min - Arms & Core focused, no equipment (Instructor Ellie)

Day 5/40min- Core focused, Pilates ball (Instructor Sandra, with a guest)

Day 3 / 30min- Glutes, Upper Body Balance focused, Pilates ball andn yoga blocks (Instructor Sandra)

Day 6/30min- Full body workout, ankle weights, 1.5kg or less dumbbells (Instructor Sandra)
